Live as radiant being
Every moment, day and night, shift your attention from the contracted, thinking mind to your higher mind, your true nature.
Here are some attention resting points to integrate:
From the back of your head, simply see life as it is.
From the back of your heart, extend your horizontal field, left and right in the body.
Rest at the sacrum in the spinal column.
When connecting with another, feel an open alive felt sense, extending to the other.
Sense the inner being in the other as the same inner being in oneself.
Relate from that aliveness, interconnected.
Feel aliveness in palms of hands, radiate that aliveness throughout the body.
Bring forth a fundamental truth and let it reveal and unfold throughout the day.
There is only one moment at a time.
Breath in 7, breath out 11.
Become open attention, open awareness.
Be present to what is actually happening.
What is arising to be seen, to come back to the home ground?
Sense the open space in front of you, behind you, all around you, until the other and the inner awareness are the same radiant being.
Live your life as your practice.
