This retreat is a co-teaching event with Sharon Landrith and Jennifer Tyler. Participants will be guided to experience a palpable embodiment of the absolute, and transformative moments in profound stillness, all within a safe and sacred spiritual container. Together we will fully immerse into greater discovery of love embodied. Through silent and guided meditations, inspiring talks, inquiry, and Q&A sessions, we will explore:

• Deep insight into the interior of your true body

• The dissolution of attachments to the past

• What each moment reveals from the ground of being

• How to stay in your truth as you embrace what is coming and going

This retreat gives participants the opportunity to experience periods of silence where we sit together in stillness and allow the alchemy of the group intention and the support of the teachers to take us deeper into awareness and awakened presence. There will also be ample unscheduled time where you can choose your activities and be with others or by yourself.

About the Location

The Chirripo area is wild and magical: rainforested 13,000 foot mountain, rivers, lush jungle, mystical views, deep transmission. It is a rich setting for contemplation, silent sitting, guided meditation, movement, teaching talks, exploratory dialogue, river time, gourmet food, compassionate intention and profound open-heartedness, providing the ingredients for a potent combination of contemplative and conversational activities. 

This is a unique mountain lodge with mystical views of Mt. Chirripo Costa Rica, nestled in the wooded valley beside the fast flowing Chirripo River, Rio Chirripo Lodge and Resort. The retreat location is a boutique hotel. It is a refuge from the pressures of a busy world. Explore the lush tropical grounds, swim in the river and dine on a delectable, locally-sourced, healthy cuisine.

Cancellation Policy 

• Cancellation notifications received on or before December 1, 2025 are fully refundable, with the exception of shuttle services, which are not refundable.

• Cancellation notifications received on or after December 2, 2025 are 50% refundable, with the exception of shuttle services, which are not refundable.

• Cancellations notifications received on or after January 1, 2026 are NOT refundable.
